Tips:

  • Choose tender broccolini: Look for broccolini with bright green florets and crisp stems. Avoid any wilted or yellowing stalks.
  • Use high-quality oyster sauce: Not all oyster sauces are created equal. Choose a brand that uses real oyster extract and has a rich, savory flavor.
  • Don't overcook the broccolini: Broccolini should be cooked until it is tender-crisp, but not mushy. Overcooked broccolini will lose its vibrant color and flavor.
  • Serve immediately: Broccolini is best enjoyed immediately after it is cooked. Leftover broccolini can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days, but it will not be as crisp as when it was first cooked.

Conclusion:

This stir-fried broccolini with oyster sauce is a quick, easy, and delicious side dish that is perfect for any occasion. It is a great way to get your daily dose of vegetables, and it is also a great way to use up any leftover broccolini. With its simple ingredients and easy-to-follow instructions, this recipe is sure to become a favorite in your kitchen.
