1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup butter, cubed
4 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
1 package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 can (2.8 ounces) French-fried onions

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Stir in the turkey, broccoli, soups and rice; transfer to a greased shallow 2-1/2 qt. baking dish., Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese and French-fried onions; bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Freeze option: Sprinkle cheese and French-fried onions over unbaked casserole. Cover and freeze. 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 carton (8 ounces) egg substitute
1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream

1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/8 teaspoon salt

This recipe calls for Hot chili oil which has soybean oil, red chili peppers, sesame oil, garlic oil and ginger oil or you can make you own.

2 cups brown rice
1 tablespoon hot chili oil (Dynasty is the brand I use)
1 red bell pepper, just over 1 cup cut into 1 x 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 red onion, just over 1 cup rough chopped
1 -2 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 -2 tablespoon minced ginger
1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
6 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 1/2 cups low sodium beef broth
2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili pepper flakes (optional)

Steps:

  • Cook brown rice according to package directions.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 10x13 in casserole pan and set aside.
  • In a large hot fry pan or wok add oil. Stir fry peppers, onions, garlic and ginger 3 minutes. Add ground turkey mixing in thoroughly add broccoli stir in and cover cooking over medium high heat for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile in a bowl mix brown sugar and cornstarch stir in beef broth add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and black pepper. Stir into turkey mixture, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Place cooked rice in the casserole pan.
  • Taste the turkey mixture and adjust the heat to your tolerance. Pour over the rice cover with foil and warm in oven for 15-20 minutes.

1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked1 10 oz package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 cups cooked turkey, diced
1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds
