2 bunches broccoli rabe
3 tablespoons good olive oil
6 large cloves garlic, sliced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 bunch broccoli rabe
1 lb Italian sausage
1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
4 eggs
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese or 1 cup asiago cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Wash,cut into 2 inch pieces and blanch broccoli rabe in boiling water.
  • Drain.

1 cup broccoli florets, fresh broccoli or 1 cup frozen broccoli
1 tablespoon water or 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt & pepper
ketchup
