Tips:

  • Use Fresh Ingredients: For the best flavor, use fresh broccoli, ham, and mushrooms. Fresh ingredients will give your tetrazzini a more vibrant flavor and a more appealing texture.
  • Cook the Pasta Al Dente: Al dente pasta is pasta that is cooked through but still has a slight bite to it. This will help prevent the pasta from becoming mushy when it is baked in the tetrazzini.
  • Don't Overcook the Broccoli: Broccoli should be cooked until it is tender-crisp. Overcooked broccoli will be mushy and will not have a good flavor.
  • Use a Good Quality Cheese: The cheese is one of the most important ingredients in tetrazzini. Use a good quality cheese that melts well, such as Gruyère, Parmesan, or cheddar.
  • Season to Taste: Be sure to season the tetrazzini to taste with salt and pepper. You may also want to add other seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.

Broccoli ham tetrazzini is a classic comfort food dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own tastes.
