I tasted this some time ago made with spaghetti and I feel I improved on it by using egg noodles. My family is always looking for this casserole during the holidays. They love it!

2 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
2 can(s) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 pkg egg noodles, no-yolk variety
10 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c milk

Steps:

  • 1. Boil noodles as directed, drain, add 2 cans of mushroom soup. Break up the frozen broccoli and add to noodles. Add 8 oz. of cheese and mix well. Add all to glass casserole dish, add remaining cheese to top of noodles, drizzle 1/4 cup milk & bake at 350 for about 50 min until crispy brown tips are on noodles.
