¼ pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup half-and-half cream
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
