Tips:
- Use a sharp knife to cut the brie into small pieces. This will help prevent the cheese from breaking apart when you fold it into the pastry dough.
- If you don't have time to make your own pastry dough, you can use a store-bought puff pastry dough. Just be sure to thaw it according to the package directions before using.
- Be careful not to overfill the pastry cups. Too much filling will make them difficult to fold and seal.
- Bake the pastry cups until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. This will take about 20-25 minutes.
- Serve the pastry cups warm or at room temperature. They are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
Conclusion:
Brie cherry pastry cups are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with a simple pastry dough that is filled with brie cheese, cherries, and a touch of honey. The pastry cups are then baked until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. These pastry cups are sure to be a hit at your next party or gathering.
