4 cups old-fashioned oats
1/3 cup honey or molasses
1/4 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup uncooked oat bran cereal
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped dates
Optional: Yogurt and fresh fruit

Steps:
