1 tsp salt
1 c shredded cheddar, mild or sharp
1 tsp dry mustard

Steps:

  • 1. Beat eggs. Add milk, salt and mustard, mixing well.
  • 2. Grease bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • 3. Layer bread cubes, then sausage, then cheese. Pour egg mixture over the top.
