PUMPKIN SPICE BREAD (BREADMAKER)

Pumpkin Spice Bread (Breadmaker) image

I am a fan of banana bread, but once I tasted this one, I will take it anytime over banana bread. I adapted this one from a recipe on bettycrocker.com, the smell of your house as it bakes is so amazing and inviting. This is a Quick Bread, the cycle of your machine should clearly say QUICK BREAD, if it says anything else such as express, then this recipe will not work as what happened to one of the reviewers, as it does not contain yeast.

Tips:

  • Use fresh pumpkin puree for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh pumpkin puree, you can use canned pumpkin puree, but be sure to drain it well before using it.
  • Make sure your bread machine is clean before you start baking. A dirty bread machine can affect the taste and texture of your bread.
  • Follow the recipe carefully. Bread machines can be sensitive to changes in ingredients and measurements.
  • If you're not sure how long to bake your bread, start with the minimum time recommended in the recipe and then check the bread every few minutes until it's done.
  • Let your bread cool completely before slicing it. This will help to prevent the bread from crumbling.

Conclusion:

Pumpkin spice quick bread is a delicious and easy-to-make bread that's perfect for fall. With its warm spices and moist texture, this bread is sure to be a hit with your family and friends. So next time you're in the mood for a sweet and satisfying snack, give pumpkin spice quick bread a try.
