BREAD MACHINE MONKEY PULL APARTS
I love to have the bread maker make my dough. It is foolproof. Shaping and finishing dough is usually not a big chore and the results are wonderful! I am unsure where I got this recipe as it is written in my handwriting but no indication of where it came from.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Place 2 tbsp butter, water, sugar, salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, flour and yeast into bread machine. Set to dough cycle. If it's humid, and the dough seems like it's coming out sticky, add a little flour while still early in the dough process.

- After dough rises for about a half hour, put 1/4 c. butter in small pan and melt. Add brown sugar and vanilla, bring just to boil. Pour over bread pieces. Bake at 350 30-35 minutes.
Tips:
- Ensure you use fresh ingredients for the best results.
- If the dough seems too dry, add a little bit more milk or water, one tablespoon at a time, until it reaches the desired consistency.
- If the dough is too sticky, add a little bit more flour, one tablespoon at a time, until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Be sure to grease the bottom of the bread pan with cooking spray or butter before adding the dough to prevent sticking.
- If you don't have a bread machine, you can make the dough by hand. Simply mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined. Then, knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic.
- Before baking, spray the balls of dough with cooking spray or brush them with melted butter to give them a golden brown color.
