BREAD MACHINE CINNAMON-PECAN BUNS
This recipe was shared by a "chef" on another web site. A real family pleaser made much easier with the bread machine. The prep time below includes bread machine and rising time. With all those wonderful pecans, this has to be a Southern U.S. recipe.

EASY CINNAMON BUNS (BREAD MACHINE)
I got this recipe from my friend Kaci. She would bring these on Tuesday morning for our womens bible study time. These are so easy to do and you can put the stuff in the machine while you shower and get the kids off to school. Because there is no second rising time after the dough is rolled out they are so quick.

BREAD MACHINE CINNAMON BUNS WITH WALNUTS & RAISINS
This is a take on recipe #43744: Bread Machine Cinnamon-Pecan Buns, which I changed a little. The dough is so wonderful and rises incredibly, and the sauce - oh, the sauce! They're just packed with walnuts and raisins, too - a real treat! I've also added an optional drizzle, for those that must have icing on their cinnamon buns!

- Meanwhile, prepare syrup: Boil together butter, water and brown sugar for 1 minute.
- Immediately, pour syrup into a 9 X 13 pan; tilt pan to cover bottom evenly.

- Roll dough into a 12 X 18 inch rectangle. Brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle evenly with the mixture of brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle chopped walnuts and golden raisins on top. Starting at large side, roll up jelly-roll fashion. Pinch edge to seal. Cut roll into 12 equal pieces. To avoid too much filling from escaping, I first cut the roll in half, then each half in half, and then each quarter in thirds. Place rolls flat over syrup.
- Cover and let rise 30 minutes or until double in volume.
- Remove cover and bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
- Loosen edges and carefully invert onto serving tray.
- To make icing: Mix icing sugar and cinnamon together; add maple syrup and 1 tbsp milk, mix. If needed, add more milk. Icing should be stiff - but not too stiff - and not too runny either. I like to leave the icing on the side to allow folks to decide to use it or not.
- Enjoy!

These are light, soft, buttery and delicious. When I make these, my family and friends would steal them before I can frost them. Even though the recipe is for a bread machine, I have made it by hand and they came out fantastic as well. Please try it and let me know what you think.

Tips:
- Always use fresh, high-quality ingredients for the best results.
- Make sure the yeast is active and alive before adding it to the bread machine. If you're not sure, you can test it by dissolving it in a little warm water with a pinch of sugar. If it starts to bubble and foam within a few minutes, it's active and ready to use.
- Pay attention to the order in which you add the ingredients to the bread machine. The order in the recipe is important for achieving the best results.
- Don't overfill the bread machine. If you add too much dough, it won't be able to rise properly and the buns will be dense and heavy.
- Be patient! Baking bread takes time. Don't open the bread machine while it's baking, as this can cause the dough to collapse.
Conclusion:
Making cinnamon buns in a bread machine is a simple and easy way to enjoy this classic breakfast treat. With just a few simple ingredients and a little time, you can have fresh, homemade cinnamon buns that are sure to please everyone at the table. So next time you're looking for a sweet and delicious treat, give this bread machine cinnamon bun recipe a try.
