- 1. Into my Large stand mixer I add the braunschweiger and cream cheese, onions, beer and worcestershire sauce. I mix it very well so there are not big clumps of braunschweiger or cream cheese.
- 2. I turn it out onto waxed paper or parchment. I form the ball or make smaller ones for gifts to share, at this point. Using the leftover creamcheese for frosting the balls, them garnish them how ever I think is neat. Use capers, green or black olives, parsley...basically anything savory.
- 3. Place wrapped into the refrigerator for 5 hours to set up!!! You will get loads of compliments and raves for the recipe!!!

Steps:
- 1. Mix braunschweiger and cream cheese (same some cream cheese for frosting) together in small amounts until done.
- 2. Add spices.
- 3. Mold into ball.

- Mix braunschweiger, onion, chili sauce and 3oz of cream cheese together until well combined.
- Form into a ball and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm ball.
- After 1 hour, remove ball from refrigerator and carefully spread the 5oz of cream cheese over top.
- Lay sliced olives over the surface.
- Chill then serve with crackers.
