BRANDY SLUSH
My parents used to play cards once a month on a Saturday night. In the summertime, when it was her turn to host, my mom would make this wonderful cool beverage as part of her buffet of snacks and goodies. A cool glass of Brandy Slush also often made family gatherings more tolerable... was it the coolness of the drink, or the brandy that did it? I'm not telling! (Time required to freeze beverage is not included in the time to make.)

Tips:
- Choose ripe and flavorful fruit. This will ensure that your slushes are packed with flavor.
- Chill your fruit before blending. This will help to create a smoother and more refreshing slush.
- Use a powerful blender. This will help to break down the ice and create a smooth, slushy texture.
- Add liquid gradually. Start with a small amount and add more as needed until you reach the desired consistency.
- Don't over-blend. Over-blending can make your slush too thin and watery.
- Serve immediately. Slushes are best enjoyed immediately after they are made.
