- 1. Before you start, make sure that you have a double boiler to melt this sauce in. It just doesn't work in a normal pan.
- 2. Cut your room temp. softened cream cheese into cubes. Add all ingredients to double boiler. MAKE SURE THAT YOUR CUP OF PARMESAN CHEESE IS FRESH AND NOT THAT STUFF IN THE PLASTIC JAR. Stir mixture for about 15 minutes until it is all blended together and smooth.
- 3. Serve immediately. TIPS & REMINDERS: Is not good reheated so eat immediately. I like to add garlic powder to the mixture right before serving. Make sure that while its melting that you keep CONSTANTLY stirring it. ENJOY!
