1 cup all-bran cereal
2 packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs
5-1/2 to 6 cups all-purpose flour
