BPC CASHEW MILK KNOCKOFF

BPC Cashew Milk Knockoff image

A knockoff from the BPC Juice series. From: http://www.brettbara.com/recipes/recipe-ripoff-cashew-milk-from-blueprint-cleanse/

Provided by KatieMurch

Categories     Smoothies

Time 10m

Yield 1 16 oz

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup raw cashews
4 cups water
3 tablespoons Agave (to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Soak cashews in water overnight.
  • Blend cashews and their water in a blender until smooth. If desired, strain through cheesecloth. (Cashews are soft enough that they blend almost completely into a liquid, so straining isn't really necessary. I only sort-of strained it this time, and next time I probably won't bother. The result is a kind of "chewy" drink, but I don't mind that. Protein!).
  • Stir in remaining ingredients. To stay true to Blueprint, add only agave, vanilla and cinnamon. To take it up a notch (which I highly recommend!), make it chai by adding 1/2 teaspoon each ground nutmeg, ginger and cardamom.
  • Enjoy!

Tips:

  • Choose ripe and juicy oranges: Selecting the right oranges is crucial for achieving the best flavor in your BPC Car Juice knockoff. Look for oranges that are heavy for their size, have a deep orange color, and feel firm to the touch.
  • Use a good blender: A powerful blender is essential for creating a smooth and consistent juice. If you don't have a blender, you can use a food processor, but the texture may not be as smooth.
  • Strain the juice: Straining the juice removes any pulp or seeds, resulting in a smoother and more refined drink. You can use a fine-mesh strainer or a cheesecloth to strain the juice.
  • Add ice for a refreshing touch: Serving the BPC Car Juice knockoff chilled with ice cubes adds a refreshing and invigorating element, making it perfect for a hot summer day.
  • Experiment with different flavors: The basic BPC Car Juice knockoff recipe can be customized to suit your taste preferences. Try adding different fruits, such as strawberries, blueberries, or pineapple, to create unique and flavorful variations.

Conclusion:

The BPC Car Juice knockoff is a delicious and refreshing beverage that can be easily made at home. With its blend of fresh oranges, pineapple juice, and a hint of lime, this drink captures the essence of the popular BPC Car Juice. Whether you're looking for a healthy and nutritious breakfast drink or a thirst-quenching treat, the BPC Car Juice knockoff is a perfect choice. So, gather your ingredients, blend them together, and enjoy the burst of tropical flavors in every sip!
