Tips:

  • Use fresh oranges for the best flavor. If you don't have fresh oranges, you can use store-bought orange juice, but make sure it is 100% pure orange juice and not a blend.
  • Grate the orange zest before juicing the oranges. This will help to release the essential oils in the zest and give the cake a more intense orange flavor.
  • Be sure to grease and flour the bundt pan before pouring in the batter. This will help to prevent the cake from sticking to the pan.
  • Bake the cake at the correct temperature and for the correct amount of time. Over-baking the cake will make it dry and crumbly.
  • Let the cake cool completely before glazing it. This will help to prevent the glaze from running off the cake.

Conclusion:

This orange juice cake is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. The cake is moist and flavorful, with a bright citrus flavor. The glaze adds a sweet and shiny finish to the cake. This cake is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
