BOURSIN STUFFED EGGS
I love Boursin and I love deviled eggs... so I wondered what would happen if I combined the two. Answer: This! It's delicious and very creamy. You can buy Boursin or use one of the recipes on Recipezaar to make your own. I stuffed the eggs (thus the name) pretty full with the filling, so if you like less filling, you might want to have some extra eggs on hand to stuff :)

Steps:
- Combine Boursin and sour cream in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Halve the eggs length-wise and add the yolks to the Boursin mixture.
- Mash yolks into the mixture and combine well.
- Stuff Boursin mixture into the egg white halves.
Tips:
- Choose large eggs. The larger the egg, the more filling you can fit inside.
- Hard-boil the eggs properly. Overcooked eggs will be dry and crumbly, while undercooked eggs will be runny. To hard-boil an egg, place it in a saucepan and cover it with cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then cover the pan and remove it from the heat. Let the eggs stand in the hot water for 10-12 minutes, depending on how hard you want them to be.
- Let the eggs cool completely before peeling them. This will make them easier to peel and prevent the shells from sticking to the eggs.
- Be careful not to overfill the eggs. If you stuff them too much, they will be difficult to eat and may fall apart.
- Serve the eggs immediately after stuffing them. This will prevent the filling from drying out.
Conclusion:
Boursin-stuffed eggs are a simple yet elegant appetizer that is perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With a variety of fillings to choose from, you can find the perfect combination of flavors to suit your taste. So next time you need an appetizer, give these Boursin-stuffed eggs a try. You won't be disappointed!
