Tips:

  • Choose the right chicken breasts. Look for bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts that are about the same size so they cook evenly.
  • Season the chicken breasts generously. Use a good quality olive oil and your favorite seasonings. I like to use a combination of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat the Ninja Foodi before cooking. This will help the chicken breasts cook evenly.
  • Cook the chicken breasts for the correct amount of time. Overcooked chicken breasts will be dry and tough. For bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts, cook them for 15-20 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the chicken breasts rest before serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the chicken, making it more tender and flavorful.

Conclusion:

Bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts cooked in the Ninja Foodi are a delicious and healthy meal that can be enjoyed by the whole family. They are easy to make and can be seasoned to your liking. Serve them with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
