Yield 12 popovers

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Generously grease aluminum popover pans or Pyrex custard cups with softened butter. You'll need enough pans to make 12 popovers. Place the pans in the oven for exactly 2 minutes to preheat. Meanwhile, whisk together the flour, salt, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth. The batter will be thin. Fill the popover pans less than half full and bake for exactly 30 minutes. Do not peek.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, chicken, sesame seeds, parsley and onion. Mix well.
- Open package of crescent rolls. DO NOT divide them into triangles as you usually would! Keep every 2 triangles together, forming 4 squares. Pinch the 'seam' in the middle of each square closed and pat each one out into a larger square. Put a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square. Fold the corners up into the center, layering like flower petals so that the roll is kind of sealed. Repeat with all 4 squares.
- Place popovers on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown.

Tips:
- Use the right muffin tins: Regular muffin tins will work, but popover tins are specially designed for popovers and will help them rise higher and have a more even shape.
- Preheat the oven: Make sure your oven is fully preheated before you put the popovers in. This will help them rise quickly and evenly.
- Don't open the oven door: Once you put the popovers in the oven, don't open the door until they are done. Opening the door will release the heat and cause the popovers to fall.
- Serve immediately: Popovers are best served hot out of the oven. They will start to deflate as they cool, so enjoy them while they're fresh.
Conclusion:
Popovers are a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast or brunch treat. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can enjoy these light and fluffy pastries in no time. So next time you're looking for something special to serve, give popovers a try. You won't be disappointed.
