1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 cups milk
2 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil, plus more for skillet

Steps:

¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
¾ cup raisins
2 eggs

  • In a microwave safe bowl, combine apple cider and oats. In a separate bowl, stir together butter, cider vinegar and cinnamon. Stir the two mixtures together and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let cool to lukewarm.
