1/2 cup grated monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup ketchup, divided
1/4 cup finely diced onion

3/4 lb sausage
3 eggs
1/2 cup onion
2/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
