Tips:

  • Use fresh blueberries: Fresh blueberries will give your muffins the best flavor and texture. If you don't have fresh blueberries, you can use frozen blueberries, but be sure to thaw them before using.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will make your muffins tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full: This will prevent the muffins from overflowing in the oven.
  • Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This will ensure that the muffins are cooked through.
  • Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely: This will help the muffins to hold their shape.

Conclusion:

These blueberry streusel muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make treat. They're perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a snack. The muffins are light and fluffy, with a sweet and tangy blueberry filling. The streusel topping adds a delicious crunch. These muffins are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them!
