Tips:

  • For fluffy pancakes, make sure to sift the flour before measuring. This will help to aerate the flour and create a lighter batter.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can result in tough pancakes.
  • Let the batter rest for a few minutes before cooking. This will help the gluten in the flour to relax and create a more tender pancake.
  • Cook the pancakes over medium heat. This will help to prevent them from burning.
  • Flip the pancakes only once. Flipping them too often can result in dry pancakes.
  • Serve the pancakes immediately with your favorite toppings. Blueberry-Orange Sauce is a great option!
