Provided by Domestic Diva Barbie

Categories     Shakes

Time 10m

Yield 1 pint, 1 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 -4 ounces bananas, sliced
3 -4 ounces blueberries or 3 -4 ounces frozen blueberries
3 -4 ounces yogurt
6 -7 fluid ounces milk

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients into a blended.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Alternatively, blend in a tall 16-17 fl oz cup using a stick blender.

Tips:

  • Use fresh blueberries for the best flavor. Frozen blueberries can be used, but they will not be as flavorful.
  • If you don't have buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup of milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes before using.
  • To make the milkshake thicker, add more ice cream or frozen yogurt. You can also add a scoop of protein powder for a boost of protein.
  • If you want a sweeter milkshake, add more honey or sugar to taste. You can also add a drizzle of chocolate syrup or caramel sauce.
  • Serve the milkshake immediately, garnished with fresh blueberries, whipped cream, or a cherry.

Conclusion:

Blueberry milkshakes are a delicious and refreshing treat that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. Whether you like them thick or thin, sweet or tart, there is a blueberry milkshake recipe out there for everyone.
