1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/4 cups milk
1 large egg
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Make the cinnamon sugar topping. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside until ready to use.
  • Make the maple glaze. In a medium bowl, whisk together the confectioners' sugar, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Set aside until ready to use.
  • Make the pancake batter. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and cinnamon. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, honey, brown sugar and salt. 4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup maple sugar
2/3 cup dried blueberries

1-1/3 cups 2% milk
