2 pkg crescent rolls
1 c blueberries, fresh
1/2 c powdered sugar
pinch cinnamon
GLAZE
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 to 2 Tbsp half and half

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven 375, line jelly roll with parchment paper.
  • 2. Mix blueberries, powdered sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Lay out crescents and place 1 tablespoonful of blueberries at the widest part or crescent and roll up and pinch seams together so blueberries stay inside. Place on lined jelly roll pan and bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and drizzle glaze over top of crescents.
  • 3. Mix powdered sugar and half and half to make glaze.

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup blueberries
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

  • Unroll crescent dough; separate into 8 triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, 2 Tbsp. sugar, and 1 teaspoons vanilla. Mix until smooth.

2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest

1 package (17.3 ounces) frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 large egg
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon 2% milk
