Tips:

  • Use fresh or frozen blueberries: Fresh blueberries are best, but frozen blueberries can also be used. If using frozen blueberries, thaw them completely before using.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will result in tough muffins. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Fill the muffin tins to the top: This will help the muffins rise evenly.
  • Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This usually takes about 20-25 minutes.
  • Let the muffins cool before serving: This will help them hold their shape.

Conclusion:

These blueberry cream muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast treat. They're perfect for a quick grab-and-go breakfast or a special brunch. The muffins are moist and fluffy, with a sweet and tangy blueberry filling. The cream cheese swirl adds a rich and creamy flavor. These muffins are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them!
