BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE BREAD
I received this recipe from a recipe group I belong to. I thought it sounded very good and easy. I bet you could use other kinds of muffin mixes and it would be wonderful. Would be good with a hot cup of coffee.

I brought a loaf to my neighbors. They told me "they couldn't put it down." They absolutely loved it. This has also become a family favorite. Reheat...

Tips:
- For the best results, use fresh blueberries. You can also use frozen blueberries, but be sure to thaw them completely and drain off any excess liquid before using.
- If you don't have buttermilk, you can make your own by adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar to 1 cup of milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes before using.
- To make the cheesecake filling, be sure to use softened cream cheese. This will help it mix smoothly and prevent lumps.
- For a richer cheesecake filling, use full-fat cream cheese and sour cream.
- Be careful not to overmix the batter. Overmixing can result in a tough, dense bread.
