Time 10m

Yield 8 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 8

4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except olive oil in blender; blend until smooth.
  • Add olive oil and blend until creamy and combined.
  • Transfer to serving container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Stir before serving, and serve over your favorite salad greens.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh herbs, good quality olive oil, and tangy lemon juice will make all the difference in the flavor of your dressing.
  • Adjust the flavors to your liking: If you prefer a sweeter dressing, add a touch of honey or maple syrup. If you like it spicier, add some red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper. If you want it creamier, whisk in a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
  • Let the dressing sit for a while before using: This will allow the flavors to meld and develop. If you're short on time, you can still use the dressing right away, but it won't be quite as flavorful.
  • Store the dressing in a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid: This will help to preserve the flavor and prevent the dressing from spoiling.
  • Use the dressing on salads, grilled vegetables, fish, or chicken: It's a versatile dressing that can be used on a variety of dishes.

Conclusion:

This blue seas salad dressing is a delicious and versatile dressing that can be used on a variety of dishes. It's easy to make and can be tailored to your own personal taste. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy dressing to add to your salad, give this blue seas dressing a try!
