Tips:

  • Use fresh marshmallows for the best texture and flavor. Refrigerated marshmallows are easier to handle.
  • If you don't have any coconut extract, you can substitute vanilla extract.
  • Make sure the melted butter is not too hot before adding it to the marshmallows. Otherwise, the marshmallows will melt completely and you won't be able to form the snowballs.
  • If the marshmallow mixture is too sticky to handle, you can chill it in the fridge for a few minutes before rolling it into balls.
  • Be careful not to overcook the snowballs in the oven. They should be just set, but not browned.
  • For a fun variation, you can add sprinkles, chopped nuts, or mini chocolate chips to the coating before rolling the snowballs in it.

Conclusion:

Blue marshmallow snowballs are a fun and easy treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with just a few simple ingredients and can be customized to your liking. Whether you enjoy them plain or coated in your favorite topping, these snowballs are sure to be a hit.
