Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Thinly slice the bread.
- Mince the garlic. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic with the olive oil, dried oregano, and salt. Use a brush to brush the mixture on both sides of each slice of bread and place them onto a baking sheet. Try to pick up some of the minced garlic with the brush, as it tends to sink to the bottom. (If the oil runs out, depending on your size of bread, just add a splash more to the bowl with the garlic.)
- Add a pinch of garlic powder to the top of each toast.
- Bake for 5 minutes until the crust is crisp but the inside is still soft. If desired, sprinkle with finely chopped Italian parsley. Enjoy immediately.

GARLIC HERB CHEESE (COPYCAT BOURSIN) RECIPE
If you've been following my recipes, you'll know that I may be responsible for Boursin being packed into your fridge. Once I discovered this French-style garlic herb cheese went way beyond the charcuterie board and was such a special ingredient for cooking, I started using it in many of my recipes. And the crowd went wild. Now you'll save on costs and make something so comparable, you'd swear it was the same thing.

Steps:
- Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Take a silicone, rubber or wooden mixing spoon or spatula and mix together, folding it over until well combined with even seasoning distribution. (NOTE: You can also use a hand mixer if that's easier but I find that familiar consistency is best achieved when mixed by hand.)
- Once done, you can either serve immediately with crackers or in a recipe (like my Sausage & Shells) or store for later. If storing for later, keep the cheese in the large mixing bowl with a lid on top or divide into 4-5 small ramekins for pre-measured portions (each ramekin will be equivalent to about one 5.2-ounce package of Boursin). Cover with plastic wrap if placing in the fridge where it will last up to a month.

BLUE CHEESE AND ROASTED GARLIC DIP/SPREAD
This is the most amazing dip that is also wonderful spread on grilled steaks and burgers and also wonderful served on the side with raw veggies --- fresh garlic may be used, but be cautious only to use a small amount 1 teaspoon minced or less of fresh will do fine as it will overpower the other ingredients, I use about 1 tablespoon roasted for this, start by adding in a small amount at a time, and increase the amount of roasted garlic (fresh or roasted) as this dip gets stronger when left left to chill for the full 24 hours, so you might want to start with a small amount of garlic and add in more the following day if desired --- this is a dip I created years ago and still serve it today at get togethers it is the first to completey go so I always make a double batch --- gorgonzola cheese can be replaced with blue cheese for a milder flavor --- plan ahead this dip needs to chill 8-24 hours before using, you may adjust all ingredients to taste, if you prefer a more creamy dip increase the sour cream slightly, but start with the stated amounts, you will love this dip! :)

GARLIC-HERB CHEESE SPREAD
This is quite close to the Philadelphia whipped garlic and herb cream cheese, but I like it better (and I can make it at 3am when I want some instead of having to run to the store).

Steps:
- Preheat broiler. Mix cheese and butter in small bowl. Spread cheese mixture over bread rounds, dividing equally. Arrange rounds on baking sheet. Sprinkle each lightly with sugar. Broil until topping is just brown and cheese softens, about 1 minute. Transfer toasts to platter.
Tips:
- Use high-quality blue cheese for the best flavor. A creamy, flavorful blue cheese like Gorgonzola or Roquefort is ideal.
- If you don't have fresh herbs, you can use dried herbs. Just use about half the amount of dried herbs as fresh herbs.
- Be careful not to overcook the garlic bread. It should be toasted and golden brown, but not burnt.
- Serve the blue cheese herb spread on the garlic bread immediately. It's best when it's warm and gooey.
Conclusion:
The combination of creamy blue cheese, fresh herbs, and crispy garlic bread is irresistible. This easy-to-make appetizer is perfect for any occasion. Serve it at your next party or get-together, and your guests will love it!
