Categories     beverage

Time 5m

Yield 1 serving

Number Of Ingredients 4

6 fresh mint leaves plus 1 sprig, for serving
3 cucumber slices
Juice of 1/2 lime plus 1 wedge, for serving
One 6.8-ounce bottle ginger beer

Steps:

  • Add the mint leaves and cucumber slices to a glass and muddle to combine. Add 1 cup ice and the lime juice, then top with the ginger beer. Garnish with the lime wedge and mint sprig.

Tips:

  • Choose ripe, firm blackberries for the best flavor. If you can't find fresh blackberries, you can use frozen blackberries that have been thawed.
  • Use a high-quality cucumber vodka for the best results. Look for a vodka that is made with real cucumbers, not just flavored with cucumber extract.
  • If you don't have a copper mug, you can use a regular glass. However, copper mugs are the traditional way to serve a mule, and they help to keep the drink cold.
  • Garnish the mule with a sprig of mint or a slice of cucumber for a refreshing touch.

Conclusion:

The blackberry cucumber mule is a refreshing and delicious cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. It's easy to make and can be customized to your own taste preferences. So next time you're looking for a new cocktail to try, give the blackberry cucumber mule a try. You won't be disappointed!
