Tips:

  • Use fresh blackberries. Fresh blackberries have the best flavor and texture for this cobbler. If you can't find fresh blackberries, you can use frozen blackberries, but thaw them completely before using.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make the cobbler tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Use a 9-inch baking dish. A 9-inch baking dish is the perfect size for this cobbler. If you use a larger baking dish, the cobbler will be too thin.
  • Bake the cobbler until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. This will take about 45 minutes.
  • Serve the cobbler warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. The warm cobbler and cold ice cream or whipped cream are a delicious combination.

Conclusion:

This blackberry cinnamon cobbler is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. The sweet and tart blackberries are perfectly complemented by the warm cinnamon flavor. This cobbler is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
