Tips:
- Use high-quality ingredients: Fresh, ripe vegetables, flavorful spices, and优质的肉类或豆腐将使您的玉米卷更美味。
- Don't overcook the tortillas: Corn tortillas should be pliable but not mushy. Overcooked tortillas will tear easily and become difficult to roll.
- Fill the tortillas evenly: Don't overload the tortillas with filling, or they will be difficult to roll and eat. Aim for about 1/2 cup of filling per tortilla.
- Use a variety of toppings: Shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and Pico de Gallo are all classic enchilada toppings. Feel free to get creative and try other toppings, such as roasted vegetables, crumbled tofu, or fresh herbs.
- Bake the enchiladas until the cheese is melted and bubbly: This will take about 20 minutes in a preheated oven.
