Tips:

* For the best results, use day-old corn tortillas. This will help them hold their shape when you fry them. * If you don't have day-old tortillas, you can make them fresh and then let them cool completely before frying. * Be careful not to overcrowd the pan when frying the tortillas. This will cause them to steam instead of fry. * You can use any type of salsa you like for this recipe. However, a tomatillo salsa or a green salsa will give you the most authentic flavor. * If you don't have any salsa on hand, you can make your own by blending together some tomatoes, onions, garlic, and chili peppers. * Serve the chilaquiles immediately, while they are still hot and crispy.

Conclusion:

Chilaquiles are a delicious and versatile dish that can be made with a variety of ingredients. They are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. With a little planning, you can easily make chilaquiles at home. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy meal, give chilaquiles a try. You won't be disappointed!
