SOUTHERN PENNE PASTA WITH CHICKEN
This recipe is from a local grocery store. A little cajun kick to your everyday chicken alfredo. I did research and made sure there was not a typo. The original recipe does call for 2T of Cajun seasoning but please season to your own taste. Thanks for the reviews.

I had this dish at a local restaurant. The waitress quickly told me the ingredients and I experimented with the amounts. It tastes very close to the original dish (good thing, the restaurant is no longer open). I like spicy dishes and this is good. Enjoy!

Tips:
- Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of your ingredients and equipment ready to go. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling.
- Use High-Quality Ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will directly impact the flavor of your dish. Use the best-quality chicken, pasta, and vegetables that you can find.
- Don't Overcook the Chicken: Chicken breast is a lean meat, so it's important not to overcook it. Otherwise, it will become dry and tough. Cook the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Use a Well-Seasoned Skillet: A well-seasoned skillet will help to prevent the chicken and vegetables from sticking. If you don't have a well-seasoned skillet, you can season it by cooking a few tablespoons of oil in it over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
- Add the Cream and Cheese Sauce Slowly: When you add the cream and cheese sauce to the pasta, do it slowly and gradually. This will help to prevent the sauce from curdling.
- Serve Immediately: Black and blue penne with chicken is best served immediately after it's made. The pasta will start to absorb the sauce and become soggy if you let it sit for too long.
Conclusion:
Black and blue penne with chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that's perfect for a weeknight meal. The combination of chicken, bacon, and blue cheese is sure to please everyone at the table. With a little planning and preparation, you can have this dish on the table in under 30 minutes. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give black and blue penne with chicken a try.
