Steps:
- In a large pot, heat the butter and oil. Sauté the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. When they are aromatic and glossy remove from the pot. Salt and pepper the chicken. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and sear the chicken for 8 to 10 minutes. Once the chicken is lightly browned, add the vegetables back to the pot as well as water, bouillon cubes, thyme and bay leaf. Bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer for 15-20 minutes. Pour the chicken mixture into a deep baking dish and set aside until the bisquick mixture is ready. Mix the bisquick and milk to create a very loose dough mixture. Add the parsley to the dough mixture and spoon over the top of the baking dish and chicken mixture. Make an egg wash by mixing water and egg and brush over the top of the bisquick biscuits. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees. Serve chicken pot pie in a large soup bowl and top with leftover parsley leaves for garnish.

Steps:
- First make your biscuits by combining the bisquick mix and soymilk. Cook in a 450 degree oven for 8 minutes.
- Melt butter, and cook onion until translucent.
- While onion is cooking, dissolve your vegetable base in water, add garlic powder, black pepper and braggs amino acid. (I didn't measure the braggs, just poured some in to taste). Set aside.
- When onion is done, add flour and begin to slowly add water mixture to form your gravy. Dissolve cornstarch in a little bit of cold water and add to gravy to thicken.
- Pour gravy over biscuits and enjoy!

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into biscuit rounds. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
Tips:
- Use cold butter or shortening: This will help the biscuits rise and be flaky. You can also freeze the butter or shortening for 30 minutes before grating it for even better results.
- Don't overmix the dough: Overmixing will make the biscuits tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Let the dough rest for at least 10 minutes before rolling it out: This will help the dough relax and make it easier to work with.
- Cut the biscuits straight down: This will help them rise evenly.
- Bake the biscuits in a hot oven: This will help them rise quickly and be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
- Serve the biscuits warm: Freshly baked biscuits are the best! But if you need to make them ahead of time, you can store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Conclusion:
Bisquick biscuits are a quick and easy breakfast or snack that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They are also a great way to use up leftover Bisquick mix. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can have a batch of delicious biscuits that are sure to please everyone.
