1 c mashed bananas (about 2)
1/2 c applesauce
1/2 c brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
2 c bisquick baking mix
2/3 c quick oats
TOPPING
3 Tbsp brown sugar
3 Tbsp quick oats
2 Tbsp soft butter
1/4 c chopped nuts
