Time 5m

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 1/2 c yellow cake mix
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 c vanilla or white chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1/2 c milk
candy sprinkles

Steps:

  • 1. In a microwaveable bowl, mix together the cake mix and powdered sugar.
  • 2. Add white chocolate chips Cut in butter Add milk; DO NOT STIR!!!
  • 3. Microwave for 2 mins. Take out and stir immidiately for a good min. Microwave again for another min. or until the white chocolate is melted.
  • 4. Stir in sprinkles. Be careful not to use too many. The sprinkles will discolor the fudge as the fudge will be hot and the sprinkles will loose their color.
  • 5. Pour into an 8x8 dish and refridgerate 1 hour.

Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. A semisweet or bittersweet chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 60% is a good choice.
  • Be sure to use unsalted butter so that you can control the amount of salt in the fudge.
  • Don't overcook the fudge. It should be cooked to a temperature of 235 degrees Fahrenheit, or until it reaches the soft ball stage.
  • Let the fudge cool completely before cutting it. This will help it to set properly.
  • Store the fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
  • For a fun twist, try adding different flavors to the fudge, such as vanilla extract, peppermint extract, or chopped nuts.
  • To make the fudge extra special, decorate it with sprinkles, chopped candy, or edible glitter.
