Tips:

  • Choose the right catfish fillets. Look for firm, white fillets that are free of blemishes. Avoid any fillets that are thin or have a yellow or grayish color.
  • Marinate the catfish fillets for at least 30 minutes. This will help to infuse the fish with flavor and make it more tender. You can use a simple marinade made with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs, or you can try a more complex marinade with ingredients like yogurt, honey, and spices.
  • Grill the catfish fillets over medium heat. This will help to prevent the fish from sticking to the grill and will also help to evenly cook the fish. Cook the fillets for 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and flaky.
  • Serve the catfish fillets immediately. You can serve them with a variety of sides, such as rice, vegetables, or salad.

Conclusion:

Big Ray's Greek Grilled Catfish is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a summer cookout. The catfish is marinated in a flavorful mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and herbs, then grilled to perfection. The result is a tender, flaky fish that is packed with flavor. Serve the catfish fillets with your favorite sides, such as rice, vegetables, or salad, and enjoy!
