Tips for Baking Betty's Pineapple Cake:

- Use fresh pineapple: Fresh pineapple adds a bright, juicy flavor to the cake. If you don't have fresh pineapple, you can use canned pineapple, but be sure to drain it well and pat it dry before using. - Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can make the cake tough. Stir just until the ingredients are combined. - Bake the cake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean: This will ensure that the cake is cooked through. - Let the cake cool completely before frosting it: This will help the frosting set properly.

Conclusion:

Betty's Pineapple Cake is a delicious and classic cake that is perfect for any occasion. The combination of sweet pineapple, fluffy cake, and creamy frosting is sure to please everyone. With a few simple tips, you can easily make this cake at home. So, next time you're looking for a special dessert, give Betty's Pineapple Cake a try. You won't be disappointed!
