Tips:

  • To get the perfect fudgy brownies, make sure to beat the eggs and sugar together until they are thick and pale in color. This will help to create a chewy texture.
  • Do not overmix the brownie batter. Overmixing will result in a tough, dry brownie. Stir just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached. Overbaking will result in dry brownies.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting them. This will help to prevent them from falling apart.
  • For a richer flavor, use high-quality chocolate. Semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate works best in this recipe.
  • If you don't have any marshmallow crème on hand, you can make your own by melting 1 cup of marshmallows with 1/4 cup of milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Stir until smooth.
