Tips

  • Use high-quality cocoa powder for the best flavor. Look for a cocoa powder that is labeled "unsweetened" and has a deep, rich color.
  • If you don't have cocoa powder, you can use instant coffee instead. Just add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee to the recipe in place of the cocoa powder.
  • Add a pinch of salt to the hot chocolate mix to help balance the sweetness.
  • For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of melted butter or coconut oil to the hot chocolate mix.
  • For a fun twist, try adding a flavor extract, such as vanilla, peppermint, or hazelnut, to the hot chocolate mix.
  • Store the hot chocolate mix in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. It will keep for up to 6 months.

Conclusion

This instant hot chocolate mix is a delicious and easy way to enjoy a warm, comforting cup of hot chocolate. It's perfect for a cold winter day or a cozy night in.
