Time 10m

Number Of Ingredients 8

1-2 large cucumber(s) seeded and peeled
1/3 c sour cream
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp dill
1/4 tsp garlic (to taste)
juice from half a lemon (or to taste)
worcestershire sauce (to taste)
salt and pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • 1. Peel, seed, and chop up cucumbers. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. It is best if it's left in the fridge overnight, or at least for a couple of hours to let all the flavors mingle c: Note: Don't add too much garlic because it will overpower the other flavors, sometimes I even leave it out.

Tips:

  • Choose the right cucumbers: Look for fresh, firm cucumbers with bright green skin. Avoid cucumbers with blemishes or soft spots.
  • Slice the cucumbers thinly: This will help them absorb the dressing better and make them easier to eat.
  • Chill the cucumbers before serving: This will make them even more refreshing and crisp.
  • Use a variety of vegetables: Don't be afraid to add other vegetables to your cucumber salad, such as tomatoes, onions, or bell peppers.
  • Experiment with different dressings: There are many different types of dressings that can be used on cucumber salad, so feel free to experiment until you find one that you like.

Conclusion:

Cucumber salad is a refreshing and healthy side dish that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With a little creativity, you can create a delicious cucumber salad that everyone will enjoy.
