½ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 dashes hot pepper sauce

Steps:

1 teaspoon parsley
2 tablespoons onions, minced or 2 tablespoons onion juice
1 3/4 cups sugar (I like to use brown sugar)
