FILLING:
4 cups fresh blueberries, divided
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt; cut in butter until crumbly. Add vinegar, tossing with a fork to moisten. Press onto bottom and up the sides of a lightly greased 9-in. tart pan with removable bottom. , For filling, lightly smash 2 cups blueberries in a bowl. 1/3 cup all- vegetable shortening (butter flavored)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 cup whipping cream
mixed fruit (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, oranges, red or green grapes)
1/4 cup apricot preserves
1 tablespoon water
