Tips:

  • Choose high-quality ingredients: The quality of your ingredients will greatly impact the final dish, so make sure to use the best you can find.
  • Prepare your ingredients in advance: This will help you stay organized and ensure that everything is ready when you need it.
  • Preheat your grill or griddle to high heat: This will help to sear the meat and prevent it from sticking.
  • Cook the meat in batches: Don't overcrowd the grill or griddle, or the meat will not cook evenly.
  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure that the meat is cooked to your desired doneness: The USDA recommends cooking steak to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare, 160 degrees Fahrenheit for medium, and 170 degrees Fahrenheit for well-done.
  • Let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing: This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful steak.
