One day I asked the girl behind the counter how she made the great little sandwiches and she told me, so I wrote it on one of the napkins. I found the old napkin last week as I was looking through some old files. The little hamburgers were really a treat and the place was usually packed with customers enjoying them. So here is that special recipe, just as the girl told me back in the 1960's. I adjusted the amounts down to a smaller size, but that is the only change I made.
